How to use the telephone

The telephone is a point of contact for the potential market, a tool through which you enter the big market place communicating much more than words. A particular image based on the voice, professionalism and technical knowledge are the basis to reach excellent results.

Aim: sell, anything, a product, an appointment, a consultation. Speaking over the phone without being observed gives confidence, fluency, keeping at easy reach everything we need, we can take some notes on what the client says so that we can retrieve later.

The voice communicates personality, sympathy, positivity and credibility.
Be careful to the tone of the voice, the listener cannot see us but is aware of our attitude towards him/her just like we do with the listener. We listen to the voice, the sound, the breaks and the words.
From the ear the sound reaches the brain, there it becomes an image, even if the listener cannot see us.
